Fall is the perfect season to give your interior a thorough overhaul. We'll be snuggling up indoors again for the next few months, so let's make it cozy again. Elisah from Interior Junkie offers tips on making your interior fall-ready.

Color

A different wall color is the perfect way to breathe new life into a room. And you certainly don't have to tackle every wall at once. Go for one of the trend colors this fall, like warm orange. This way, you can secretly extend that summer feeling into the colder months. Not a fan of painting? Add color to your walls with wallpaper.

Ambience-Setters

No interior is complete without ambiance-setting elements like lighting. I always recommend examining your lighting first, because I often see a lack of lamps in my home. For the living room, you can easily choose at least eight lamps. By playing with different types of lighting and fixtures, you instantly create more ambiance. Scent is just as effective. In the fall, choose spicy scents, perfect for the cozy season.

Food for thought

When it gets colder outside, I always crave cuddly materials in my home. Think of a fluffy rug, velvet cushions, and a cozy throw. By adapting these accessories to the season, it becomes even more pleasant to be at home. A tip: choose a heating pad or blanket. Especially with rising energy prices, this is definitely not an unnecessary luxury.

Inspiring shopping route

Did you know that Elisah created a shopping route within Villa ArenA? On this route, you'll find all her favorite home accessories for this fall. For her, it's a match made in heaven: her fascination with interior design began at a young age when she regularly visited the furniture boulevard with her parents and sister. Elisah: "I really saw it as a day out, so it's extra special that I could now create my own route for Villa ArenA. A great honor!" View the Interior Junkie shopping route here.
